Welcome to Mint Motors. By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles are sold in as-is condition, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Any manufacturer or third-party warranties will be disclosed separately.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

• The purchase price does not the vehicle price plus taxes, title, registration, and dealer fees.
• Full payment must be received before delivery of the vehicle.

3. Financing

• Financing is available through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval.
• Mint Motors does not control financing terms, interest rates, or loan approval.

4. Trade-Ins

• Trade-ins are subject to inspection and valuation by Mint Motors.
• If undisclosed damage, liens, or title issues are found, the trade-in value may be adjusted.

5. Delivery & Title

• Vehicle ownership and title will transfer only after full payment has been received.
• Mint Motors will handle registration and title transfer in compliance with Florida law.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• All vehicle sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted unless required by law.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

• The Buyer is responsible for securing insurance, maintenance, and repairs after purchase.
• Mint Motors is not responsible for future ownership costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mint Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to vehicle ownership or operation.

9. Entire Agreement

• These Terms & Conditions, together with the Bill of Sale and any written warranties, form the entire agreement between the Buyer and Mint Motors.
• No verbal statements are binding unless confirmed in writing.
